Martyn joined XXIV Old Buiildings in 2008 and is a highly experienced Practice Manager.
He started his legal career in 1984 as a junior clerk in a well known shipping and commercial set in the Temple. He then joined an intellectual property Chambers in 1987 as an assistant to the Senior Clerk where, over a period of twenty years, he played a significant role in managing and developing the individual Members practices and establishing and expanding Client relationships to position the Chambers at the forefront of its specialist practice areas.
In his current role as practice manager at XXIV, Martyn works closely with his colleagues Nicholas Luckman and Paul Matthews in the day to day management and development of Members practices within one of the two teams in Chambers and works actively to maintain a constantly high level of service to all Chambers clients.
Martyn is a qualified member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks and is also a member of the Legal Practice Managers Association (LPMA).
