One of the strengths of XXIV Old Buildings is that its growth is organic: the result of the recruitment of suitable and able pupils on the one hand and, on the other, attracting senior experienced practitioners.  We have always been particularly receptive to applications from people qualified in other disciplines or from more mature candidates
