Martin’s ability across a very wide range of individual specialisms was demonstrated recently when, having just ceased acting in widely reported multi-jurisdictional litigation over the ownership of a US $1billion stake in a multi-billion dollar Russian mobile telecommunications group, he then successfully steered difficult multi-claimant professional negligence litigation against an incorporated tax adviser to an extremely advantageous conclusion by injecting very specific Financial Services expertise into the claim.
