David’s practice comprises a broad range of Chancery and commercial work, with an emphasis on litigation. David’s main areas of expertise include professional negligence, individual and corporate insolvency, trust advice and litigation, probate and estate litigation, and company and business disputes. A large part of his practice involves advising clients in offshore jurisdictions, in particular the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands. David has also acted in disputes involving looted and stolen cultural property.
David’s approach to all of his work is to give pragmatic, commercial advice which combines an approachable style with sound academic credentials.
