Daniel Gerrans’ practice embraces both commercial and private client work, primarily of a contentious nature. His expertise covers:
- Business disputes
- Trusts, probate and estates
- Property, including landlord and tenant
- Professional negligence
In 2006 Daniel was ordained as a non-stipendiary priest in the Church of England. From June 2007 he has taken a post as Chaplain and Personal Assistant to the Bishop of Stepney, but continues in part-time private practice at the Bar and remains available for non-advocacy work, both contentious and non-contentious, within his areas of expertise.
