Bajul has a broad commercial Chancery practice that with an emphasis on aviation, arbitration, telecommunications, company and insolvency, civil fraud, and trusts and probate.

He also has considerable experience of off-shore and international work particularly from the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, the Isle of Man, and Guernsey. 

Bajul’s practice encompasses both litigation and advisory work.
