Sally is a qualified solicitor.  She trained then qualified with Allen & Overy, before moving to what is now Pinsent Masons.

After 11 years in private practice, in 2005 Sally joined XXIV Old Buildings as Professional Development Manager.  In that role, she is responsible for developing relationships with solicitors, be they existing and potential new clients.  Her knowledge of the solicitors and the legal market proves invaluable in ascertaining ways in which XXIV Old Buildings can work with clients over and above taking instructions on particular matters.  These include:

• Seminars
• Workshops
• Conferences
• Mini-pupillages
• Providing material for internal publications

Sally also organizes for members to write articles for publication as well as assisting with pupillage recruitment.
