At XXIV Old Buildings we offer a flexible and commercial approach to fees. 

The general level of fees depends on the seniority and experience of counsel and the nature of the work involved. Fees can be assessed and agreed on an hourly rate or fixed fee basis.

The practice management team will discuss with each client the particular requirements of a case and then advise on the experience, availability and suitability of counsel and their respective hourly rates or fixed fee.
